      Hi Lara:

      Thanks for leaving the comment on my blog. Yes, it sounds like we’re on the same road. I just got a chance to read some of your blog, but not all. Your books sounds really interesting and your titles are GREAT!

      I’m jealous that you got to go to the backspace conference. I’ve gone to a writers conference here in San Diego the past three years, but have to miss this year.

      Unfortunately, Susan Schulman passed on my manuscript. However, she passed with a personal e-mail that said she liked the book,but. . .(you know how that goes, but it’s still better than a form rejection).

      Anyway, taking your post about networking seriously, let me give you my work e-mail and drop me a line and we can share some war stories about pursuing the “golden burrito in the sky.” I will also keep checking in on your blog and see how things go. I wish you much luck.
